Shipping
All products are shipped via electronic transmission - either by downloading software or by email attachments. No product will be shipped by post, courier or any other means. It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices.

Warranty, Returns & Refunds
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for software not received due to an error on Netwasp.net's part. We apologize that Netwasp.net cannot offer refunds for:

• Any ThemeMaker Software that has a free demo version. If you are unsure that the program will work you should download the demo version and try it first
• Software purchased for the wrong device or platform
• Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason
• Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Upgrade Policy
We will upgrade previous purhase based on the following:

• We will upgrade for free any purchase made within the last 3 months providing it is not a major new version of the product.
• We will upgrade for the listed upgrade price any purchase made more than 3 months ago providing it is not a major new version of the product.

For non-free upgrades use the PayPal link of the right hand side of the product page - once we receive payment we will validate the upgrade and email you a link to download the latest version.
